Job Description

Key Responsibilities • Responsible for international shipments, manage logistics daily operation tracking such as booking, document preparation, real-time shipments tracking, and proactive problem issues-solving for transit delays. • Source and onboard new freight forwarders to drive cost reductions. Maintain high service standards by conducting periodic KPI evaluations of logistics partners. • Perform monthly freight audit and payment duties to ensure billing accuracy and prevent overcharges. • Oversee international warehouse activities, including inbound receiving, inventory accuracy, and outbound order fulfillment. • Assist with ad-hoc projects and the implementation of new supply chain initiatives.
