Job Description

Job Responsibilities: • Document Handling & Verification • Review and verify submitted documents for completeness and accuracy • Liaise with internal teams for missing or unclear information • Ensure proper document indexing and uploading into systems • System & Record Management • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in core systems • Support data extraction and reporting when required • Customer & Stakeholder Support • Participate outbound calls when necessary Job Requirements Education & Experience • Diploma or above in Business Administration, Insurance, or related disciplines • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in insurance operations or policy administration • Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience may be considered Technical & Professional Skills • Good knowledge of insurance products and policy administration processes • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) • Knowledge of ILAS products and regulatory requirements is an advantage
