Overview Join our Hong Kong office as a Senior Trade Operations Analyst supporting a fast-paced trading environment across equities and equity derivatives. Operations are critical to our trading effort—ensuring trades, positions, cash and P&L are accurate, controlled, and scalable. This is a senior role: you’ll stay hands-on with daily trade control while also leading initiatives, acting as an escalation point, and mentoring others as the desk and product set grow. You’ll drive improvements through better controls, smarter automation, and strong cross-functional partnerships with Trading, Tech, and external counterparties.
