Job Description

We are seeking a collaborative teacher who understands that teaching is a shared journey. You will partner with an experienced, independent program lead, blending your strengths to create a secure, nurturing, and high-reaching environment. Key Responsibilities: • Early Years Focus (K1–K3): Co-leading the bilingual classroom, foundational literacy (Phonics, Reading), and social-emotional development. • Primary Enrichment (Grades 1–6): Deliver, plan and teach courses (Creative Writing, Public Speaking, Book Clubs) and providing targeted academic coaching for schools in Hong Kong, US and UK. • Conduct one-on-one academic coaching with students • Manage individual student portfolios and perform ongoing student assessments • Advise students on community service projects, internships, and other individual pursuits • Communicate effectively with parents with occasional consultations • Collaborate in curriculum development: course and unit planning • Co-lead and co-plan daily classroom routines, modelling healthy communication, mutual respect, and shared accountability with the lead teacher. • Introduce courses and services to prospective students, parents, and community partners Show More
