Senior Tax Manager (Transfer Pricing)

Job Description

Key Responsibilities: • Define objectives, plans, and key priorities for transfer pricing; establish and drive the implementation of the company’s overall transfer pricing policies and specific operational processes. • Lead the preparation of the company’s overall tax budget, balancing compliance and tax efficiency; promote the adoption of rolling budgets, gradually close forecast-actual gaps, and manage a reasonable effective tax rate. • Provide tax professional support on tax planning and compliance matters to senior management for strategic initiatives and major business decisions. • Take charge of key projects at departmental, system, and corporate levels; lead cross-functional coordination, develop solutions, integrate resources, and drive execution. • Monitor regulatory and practical developments in a timely manner, identify their impact on the company, and deliver effective response strategies (e.g., the rollout of BEPS 2.0). • Communicate professionally with tax authorities on significant corporate tax arrangements, independently handle tax disputes, and properly manage tax audits. • Lead the digitalization/IT system development for transfer pricing tax functions. • Provide professional training and empowerment to the tax team in the tax domain.
