Manager, Agile Delivery & Scrum Management Chief Data Office (CDO) Role Overview The Manager, Agile Delivery & Scrum Management is responsible for leading a team of Scrum Masters and Junior Project Managers supporting the Chief Data Office (CDO). This role ensures consistent, predictable delivery across the CDO portfolio by establishing delivery standards, coaching Agile practitioners, managing delivery governance, and providing executive-level visibility into program health, risks, dependencies, and outcomes. The Manager serves as the primary escalation point for delivery challenges and works closely with Product Owners, Program Management, Business Analysts, Data Engineering, Reporting, Data Governance, and CDO Leadership to ensure successful execution of strategic initiatives. Unlike individual Scrum Masters who focus on team-level delivery execution, this position operates at a portfolio level, driving delivery excellence, resource planning, reporting consistency, continuous improvement, and operational effectiveness across multiple Agile teams.
