Responsibilities • Deliver project cost reporting details for the Senior Executives • Provide strong contractual leadership to the Procurement team • Prepare cost information for the purpose of capital funding projects • Support the implementation of procurement strategies within the Department • Develop consultant and construction contracts with contractual inputs • Review and comment Project Schedule of Rates provide by Cost Consultants • Handles change management of consultant and construction contracts base on quantity surveying professional knowledge • Review and comment variation assessments provide by Cost Consultants for settlement of project final accounts • Provide legal and contractual advice to the Project team
