Associate Director - Marketing (Enterprise Solutions)

Job Description

Responsibilities: • Lead two team of segment marketers, to set the strategy and priorities whilst ensuring alliance delivery against the objectives of the company • Lead event marketing initiatives supporting Enterprise Solutions, Digital Transformation, Cloud, Cybersecurity, AI, and Connectivity businesses • Oversee the planning and execution of various field marketing activities such as press conference, seminar, product demonstration, kickoff ceremony, partner events, etc. • Build relationships with strategic technology partners • Identify and capture leads through field activities and converting them into sales opportunities, translate these insights into actionable marketing plans • Develop marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and digital content, tailored to the needs of customer sectors assigned • Partner with Sales, Product, and Business Units to design event programs that generate qualified leads and business opportunities • Work closely with teams to align on messaging, identify target accounts, and ensure seamless execution of integrated marketing campaigns • Track and analyse the results of campaign efforts to assess effectiveness and optimize future campaign • Creating budget proposals, justifying expenditures, and reporting on financial performance to senior management Show More
