Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Desktop Support Technician role based in Hung Hom. The Desktop Support Technician will provide day-to-day technical support for desktop computers, laptops, and peripheral devices, including installation, configuration, and maintenance. Responsibilities include diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware and software issues, performing computer repairs, and ensuring printers and related equipment are functioning properly. The role involves responding to support requests, documenting issues and resolutions, and escalating complex problems when necessary.
