We are seeking an experienced Chief Operating Officer to join a private investment platform and family office. Reporting directly to the Principals, the COO will oversee all day-to-day business operations, finance, accounting, technology, systems, governance, and strategic initiatives across the organization. This is a highly visible leadership role requiring a commercially minded executive capable of building scalable infrastructure, improving operational efficiency, implementing best-in-class processes, and supporting the long-term growth of the business. The successful candidate will act as the operational leader of the organization, ensuring the business has the appropriate controls, systems, processes, and resources to support investment activities and future expansion.
