About the Opportunity A premier multi-strategy hedge fund is building an application support function from the ground up in Hong Kong. As one of the founding members of this team, you will have the rare opportunity to shape the operating model, standards, and culture of a critical business-facing function—not inherit someone else's. This is a hands-on, high-impact role. You'll own application support across front-office trading systems, operations platforms, and both internally developed and third-party solutions. You'll partner directly with traders, operations teams, and engineering to diagnose issues, improve incident response, and drive automation that reduces toil and risk. Your technical acumen and judgment will be fundamental to how the firm operates.
