Description The role is for a Business Development Account Executive/ Sales & Marketing Officer in Health & Benefits practice. You will be an integral part of a team that drives business development for Health and Benefits solution, in a quality and efficient manner to our prospects in Hong Kong. Performance Objectives Business Development & Sales Support • Identify and qualify new business opportunities through market research, networking, referrals, and prospecting activities. • Support the sales pipeline by generating leads and arranging meetings with prospective clients. • Prepare sales presentations, proposals, pitch materials, and client submissions. • Coordinate tender submissions, RFP responses, and business development projects. • Support relationship-building activities with clients, insurance carriers, and business partners. • Maintain and update CRM records, sales reports, and pipeline forecasts. • Support management with strategic initiatives and ad-hoc projects.
