About the Role We sit at the intersection of technology and talent — working hands-on with YC-backed startups, high-growth scale-ups, and established corporates across Singapore and Hong Kong to help them build and ship AI and software projects, then scale the teams behind them. Our work spans everything from early-stage AI project builds to full-scale secondment and staff augmentation engagements, giving clients a flexible path from "let's build this" to "let's scale this."
