Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE)

Job Description

This role is ideal for an AI engineer who enjoys working at the intersection of LLM technology, software engineering, and customer problem-solving — turning AI models and prototypes into reliable, production-grade solutions that deliver real business impact. The successful candidate will work closely with enterprise customers, understand their operational challenges, and design, build, and deploy AI-powered applications in real-world environments. Responsibilities • Work directly with strategic customers to design and develop production-grade AI applications powered by large language models, including AI Agents, MCP servers, AI workflows, and other LLM-based solutions. • Drive end-to-end AI implementation projects, from identifying business use cases and rapid prototyping to deployment, optimisation, and continuous improvement. • Support enterprise AI adoption by providing hands-on technical guidance and solving complex deployment challenges. • Translate customer feedback and real-world implementation experience into reusable AI deployment frameworks and best practices. • Stay current with the latest developments in LLM applications, Agent frameworks, AI evaluation methods, and emerging AI engineering technologies. • Build trusted relationships with customers and identify new opportunities for AI adoption.
