Job Description

Overview The Cloud Solution Architect (CSA) is responsible for driving Azure consumption, customer success, and digital transformation through technical leadership across Data, Analytics, and AI solutions. The CSA partners with customers, account teams, specialists, and partners to design and deliver secure, scalable cloud architectures that accelerate adoption of Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, Azure Data Services, AI Foundry, and related Azure capabilities. This role combines technical depth, customer engagement, and business impact to drive Azure Consumed Revenue (ACR), customer health, Unified outcomes, and pipeline creation. The CSA serves as a trusted technical advisor for strategic enterprise customers while collaborating across Microsoft's sales and delivery ecosystem. Based on FY27 role guidance, primary focus areas include Fabric, Databricks, Purview, Databases, and Data Analytics, with adjacent responsibilities across AI Foundry and GitHub Copilot solutions.
