About the Role: We are looking for a highly hands-on and solutions‑oriented Technical Sales Engineer to support government projects. The role involves providing technical advice on AI initiatives and Digital Twins applications for water treatment and sewage plants, as well as presenting project outcomes and proposals to government and public sector stakeholders. Responsibilities: • Providing technical advice and support to the PoC initiatives and ongoing projects, ensuring solutions meet technical specifications, timeline, and budget requirements • Partner with business development manager to develop business opportunities by providing technical expertise through presentations, solution designs, technical proposals, solution demonstrations, and proof of concept tests. • Serve as technical liaison with clients, understanding their production pain points and analyse client requirements, presenting solution proposals, and ensuring successful project delivery and customer satisfaction. • Align with various implementation teams to articulate client requirements, solution design considerations, and details, facilitating a smooth transition from presales to project delivery. • Produce high-quality technical documentation, system specifications, and project reports. • Stay at the forefront of AI, Robotics, and automation technology trends, driving continuous innovation. • Liaise with vendors or suppliers to ensure key milestones are met.
