System Analyst, Enterprise Systems

Job Description

Position Summary JEC is looking for a System Analyst to support the implementation, enhancement, integration, and ongoing operation of our enterprise systems. Working closely with the internal IT teams, and external solution partners, to support company operations. Oversee system integration activities, including troubleshooting complex technical issues and ensuring seamless connectivity. The role reports to Manager, Enterprise Systems, within the Information Technology Department. Key Responsibilities • Perform business analysis and system requirements gathering and translate them into functional and technical specifications. • Design, development and perform system test for Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations and other enterprise applications. • Work with internal teams and external partners on solution design, system integration, and application enhancements. • Provide ongoing application support, troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and system maintenance. • Maintain technical and user documentation contributes to technical best practices and knowledge sharing.
