Job Description

Job Responsibilities • Provide strategic leadership for continuous improvement and development of the Centre • Ensure responsive and effective management of teachers, provide regular teachers trainings and drive the development and performance of the team • Assist in teachers recruitment and retention, including interviews and career fairs • Ensure high quality curriculum and courses content, and drive high standards of achievement for all students • Collaborate with internal departments to promote courses and develop strategies to drive business growth of English Department • Lead the development projects of teaching materials and publications, keep track of changes to syllabus and standardized tests, and ensure teachers stay up-to-date with the most effective approaches to teaching students • Develop strong and effective relations with counterparts and facilitate smooth communications with other departments • Facilitate clear and effective communication between management and teachers to ensure policies, objectives, and operational priorities are consistently understood and implemented • Provide regular report for performance review by senior management • Initiate and implement projects base on direction and business of the Center Show More
