As part of our marketing, distribution & partnership team, you'll play a vital part in advancing this movement. About the Role Develop the Group Distribution Learning & Development strategy and framework to support capability building of advisors and leaders across Agency distribution channel. Work in partnership with country Heads of Learning on the delivery and impact of targeted learning programmes to strengthen and future-proof capabilities of AIA Agency Distribution salesforce including leaders. Develop and deliver best-in-class bespoke training programmes exclusive to AIA by working with internal/external SMEs.
