Working at the intersection of quantitative research, machine learning and systematic investing, you'll develop predictive alpha signals, research new datasets and implement systematic investment strategies across global financial markets. Responsibilities • Develop high-quality predictive alpha signals across global financial markets. • Identify statistical relationships and investment opportunities using large and diverse datasets. • Design, build and validate systematic trading models. • Apply advanced statistical techniques, machine learning and AI methods to research problems. • Collaborate with quantitative researchers, technologists and traders across the global platform. • Implement research within their production trading environment. • Monitor live signal behaviour and continuously improve model performance. • Lead the full quantitative research lifecycle from idea generation through to implementation.
