Position Summary: The Digital Transformation Specialist is to lead the technical implementation of the college's digitization project by transforming paper-based forms into electronic forms (e-forms) and automated workflows. This project-funded position will focus on hands-on configuration of workflow systems and ERP, integration of open-source tools, and exploration of AI solutions to modernize operations across all academic and administrative units. Job Responsibilities: Design, build, and implement e-forms and automated workflows using workflow platforms and the ERP system's workflow engine.
