About the Role We are seeking a Data & Analytics Change & Communication Lead to drive organizational transformation and accelerate the adoption of data & analytics capabilities across DFI. This role will shape the narrative, elevate the visibility of the analytics function, and build a strong data-driven culture through strategic communication, stakeholder engagement, and capability building initiatives. The incumbent will act as a change agent, storyteller, and strategic partner, translating complex analytics concepts into clear business value and ensuring alignment across stakeholders.
