We require a Hong Kong-qualified solicitor or a licensed/qualified company secretary to advise on and execute a share cancellation NSC 2 filing matter for a Hong Kong unlisted public company, under the Companies Ordinance (Cap. 622). The matter concerns a share buy-back and cancellation, where a previous filing was rejected by the Companies Registry on procedural grounds. We require someone to review the position, confirm the correct procedural route, and take the necessary filing(s) through to successful completion with the Registry.
