As part of its continued investment in data, customer experience, and healthcare innovation, the company is seeking an Associate Director focusing on Proposition & Health Analytics to drive strategic initiatives that enhance customer value, improve business performance, and support sustainable portfolio growth. Your new role • Lead complex analytics projects across healthcare, claims, customer, product, and proposition functions. • Deliver actionable insights to support commercial growth, customer engagement, and portfolio sustainability. • Apply advanced analytics, predictive modelling, machine learning, and AI techniques to solve critical business challenges. • Evaluate healthcare and proposition initiatives, providing recommendations to optimise performance and customer outcomes. • Design and enhance dashboards, reporting frameworks, and KPI monitoring solutions. • Partner with senior stakeholders across business, operations, technology, and analytics teams. • Drive data-driven decision-making by translating analytical findings into practical business actions. • Champion analytics best practices, data governance standards, and innovation within the organisation. • Provide thought leadership and mentorship on analytics methodologies and emerging technologies.
