Purpose Provide independent second-line risk oversight for High-Risk HNW bespoke requests (from customers and brokers) within the Group. Key Responsibilities • Review and independently challenge high-risk HNW bespoke requests end-to-end, including risk rationale, mitigations, documentation, and approval conditions. • Ensure customer behaviour due diligence is robust (behaviour vs. purpose/activity), identifying conduct/reputational concerns and required actions. • Ensure all LBUs follow the Group HNW working standard, identifying gaps/inconsistencies and driving remediation.
