Job Description

Responsibilities: • Supervise end-to-end events service operations such as but not limited to conferences, meetings, weddings, and social events. • Coordinate with clients, internal departments, and events teams to confirm events requirements and ensure service standards are met. • Conduct the briefing sessions with events staff, seasonal support team and casual staff to ensure events schedules are followed. • Ensure consistency in quality of food & beverage and standard of service.
