We are seeking an Officer, Client Portal Support, Client Services - Operations to join our team. As a key member of our Client Services team, you will be responsible for providing support to our clients through timely handling of email and phone enquiries. Responsibilities: Handle email and phone enquiries from HKEX clients in a timely manner Act as HKEX administrator to grant, change, or remove company and user access to various HKEX portals and systems Provide support in user onboarding and liaise with IT in arranging External User Testing access for FINI users
