We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Associate, Global Trustee and Fiduciary Services In this role you will: * Execute trustee responsibility for fund and ORSO, ensuring alignment with fiduciary obligation and protection of investors/scheme members * Act independently as Trustee to review and monitor the reporting of incidents, breaches and non- compliance issues, and conduct direct regulatory reporting as required. * Oversee and ensure that client investment funds and ORSO schemes are operating in accordance with relevant rules and regulations as prescribed by the MPFA, SFC, HKMA Regulations and the constitutional documents of the funds. * Monitor the services of third-party operators regularly (including external clients, and internal and external service providers). * Ensure prompt and effective responses to inquiries from external clients, internal and external service providers, and regulators, consulting, internal stakeholders and risk stewards as appropriate. * Regularly review and updating internal regulatory mapping files, delegation documentation, and internal procedures to maintain robust governance frameworks * Monitor the regulatory update and assessing their impact on trustee operations and implement necessary changes to ensure ongoing compliance * Collaborate the team and other stakeholders to ensure business is conducted appropriately, ensuring a high standard of Trustee service is provided
