As a Guest Relations Officer in the top leading financial institute, providing excellent hospitality service to our clients is our top priority. We provide first class assistances to perfection, we deliver a professional, informative, and well-mannered service at our front house receptions. If you think if you can join a professional and dynamic team and become the first point of contact for our guests, here’s your key responsibilities: Responsibilities: - Greet and welcome guests in a courteous and professional manner - Assist with visitor registration, conference room reservations, switchboard calls and emails handling. - Manage from small to large traffic flow and ensure a smooth customer experience is met in the reception area at all time - Liaise with different departments and vendors to set up meetings and events - Provide supports to the Operations/Guest Services Manager in various ad-hoc projects
