Requirements • Upholding our standards of excellence and hospitality • Leading your team • Managing all functions on our daily checklist • Focusing attention on team development • Overseeing inventory, quality and safety • Managing the facility • Leading and developing community relations Responsibilities • Must exhibit an aptitude for leading, coaching, and driving excellence at every level • Solid experience in F&B industry with 2–3 years in a similar position • Applicants with previous experience working in a hamburger restaurant chain will be given additional consideration • Ability to learn and train others on all aspects of the Shack operations • Ability to drive hospitality and inspire others to do so • Understanding of financial aspects of business operations • Food handler certification, strongly preferred Compensation We offer a competitive salary which is negotiable depending on experience.
