Job Summary The Revenue Analyst - Short Stay supports revenue optimization for Rosewood Hong Kong and the short-stay business at K11 ARTUS. The role provides focused analysis across transient segments, including Retail, Negotiated, Qualified, Discount and Wholesale as well as Group and other short-stay segments, with emphasis on pricing, inventory, demand forecasting, business mix and distribution performance. Working closely with the Complex Director of Revenue Management and Revenue Manager, the position maintains accurate reporting and converts booking, market and channel data into timely recommendations that maximize rooms revenue, profitability and market share while protecting brand positioning and guest experience.
