Job Description

Key Areas of Responsibilities - Responsible for daily financial accounting & book closing of the group entities in the retail brokerage and wealth management business including involvement with expense analysis, account payable, intercompany revenue and fee expenses etc. - Assist in daily and monthly FRR reporting of licensed corporations - Prepare client money segregation - Assist in preparation of financial statements and year-end tax filing - Assist in year-end audit & regulatory assignment - Prepare various reconciliation reports between external and internal parties - Key contact point for banking transactions - Provide assistance in special projects and provide on-going improvements to the finance operation to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency. - Assist in automation of manual process
