Portfolio Accounting Manager | Family Office

Job Description

We're working with a Hong Kong-based single family office that is in the process of building out its finance and operations platform, alongside applying for SFC Type 4 and 9 licences. This is a newly created role sitting directly with the CFO, offering broad exposure across fund accounting, portfolio reporting, and operational build-out. What does the role involve? This is a hands-on position with full ownership across accounting and reporting, as part of a lean team. Key responsibilities include: • Managing entity-level and portfolio accounting across multiple investment structures • Preparing financial statements, general ledgers, and reconciliations • Monitoring fund investments, including capital calls, distributions, NAV and returns • Producing regular portfolio reporting across public and private investments • Supporting cash flow forecasting and liquidity management • Assisting with SFC regulatory reporting, including Financial Resources Returns • Working closely with the CFO to improve processes, controls and reporting frameworks • Supporting development and maintenance of internal systems and data Show More
