Cathay Pacific Digital & Information Technology Information Technology Department Permanent Hong Kong SAR (China) Application deadline: 20 Nov 2026 Role Introduction Reports to: Head of IT Platforms Lead and strengthen communities of practice across IT, continuously improving practice frameworks, processes and toolsets while connecting them with other IT practices, Planning & Governance teams and Enterprise Project Management Office processes. You will coach and develop practitioners, build in-house capability through training and collaboration, and lead the ongoing management of the IT Graduate Trainee and Internship Programme, from recruitment and onboarding through rotations and engagement. Your work will help teams deliver quality outcomes more effectively while enabling colleagues and future IT talent to grow and move forward with Cathay.
