Tech Strategy and Planning Manager - HK and SG General information Country: Hong Kong Creation Date: 03-Jul-2026 Employment Type: Permanent Employment Type: Full time Ref #: 1234573125 Description & Requirements Role Title: Tech Strategy & Planning Manager Department: Technology Location: Hong Kong Type: Permanent Job Summary: The Tech Strategy & Planning manager is a hands on role to drive the development and execution of Technology strategies and delivery for LII APAC, with focus on Hong Kong and Singapore, through alignment with a wide group of business stakeholders and cross-functional leaders. The role combines strategic and financial planning, performance tracking, prioritisation and strategic partnership with vendors to inform decisions by senior leadership and to ensure successful delivery of key initiatives. This role is also responsible for coaching and mentoring of team member(s) on the day-to-day vendor management, financial management and IT resource capacity planning and utilisation.
