Job Description

Role Overview We are looking for a hands-on PMO Consultant to support a new Point-of-Sale (POS) implementation project. The consultant will work closely with the Project Manager to support project planning, tracking, reporting, documentation, and deployment coordination, helping to keep the project organized and on track. Key Expectations • Project Planning and Tracking: • Maintain the overall project plan, including milestones, key deliverables, critical activities, and dependencies. • Track progress across project workstreams and follow up on overdue actions or missing updates. • Identify and highlight potential delays, gaps, risks, and blockers that may affect project delivery. • Project Governance and Reporting: • Develop and maintain key project artefacts to support governance, tracking, and decision-making. • Prepare regular project status updates and presentation materials for project meetings and management reviews. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date project records, including actions, decisions, risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests. • Deployment Coordination: • Support the Project Manager in coordinating with local-market Deployment Leads on rollout plans, readiness activities, and key milestones. • Track market deployment inputs and actions, following up on outstanding items and escalating potential blockers. • Consolidate deployment-readiness updates and maintain deployment, cutover, and hypercare trackers for each rollout wave. • Required Experience and Qualifications • 5+ years’ experience in PMO, project management, programme coordination, or transformation delivery roles. • Demonstrated experience supporting complex, multi-workstream implementation projects in a global context, working across global, regional, and local-market teams. • Experience in the luxury retail industry and POS implementation projects is highly preferred. • Strong ability to manage project plans, reporting, risks, issues, dependencies, actions, and key project documentation. • Proficient in project-management and reporting tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Jira, or similar tools. • Strong written and verbal communications in English.
