Job Responsibilities- Assist the Project-in-charge to monitor the programme of projects to avoid any delay- Liaise with contractors/ consultants/ clients for design / detailing issues- To communicate and liaise with site team, designers and clients to ensure all technical drawings are produced and filed up to the requirement- To monitor site safety, progress, quality of works and workmanship- Assist to prepare tender/ quotation submission- Attend periodic project meetings- Carry out site supervision during Sunday or Public Holiday, if necessaryJob Requirements- Certificate in Building Studies, Surveying, Construction Project Management or related discipline- Minimum 2 years experiences with interior design / site management work for commercial fitting out projects- Good communication, organization and problem-solving skill- Practical skills in AutoCAD on fitting-out and renovation projects is an advantage- Self-motivated, independent and initiative- Holder of Safety Supervisor Certificate is an advantage
