MEP Quantity Surveyor (E&M / Fit-Out Projects) About the Role The successful candidate will provide general assistance & MEP quantity surveying support to the cost management team in the provision of pre- & post-contract services to the client, typically working on three to four projects at any one time depending on team workload, across a range of sectors. Key Responsibilities • Assist with all pre- & post-contract quantity surveying duties • Handle tender analysis & bidding, tender document administration, material take-off & pricing, measurement of works & valuation of variations • Prepare cost estimates, extension of time claims, payment certification, variation assessments & final account settlement • Liaise with consultants, contractors & specialist suppliers & support administrative matters • Attend site inspections, site visits, site meetings & tender interviews when required • Develop & strengthen quantity surveying skills & experience across multiple sectors
