Our client, a leading international financial institution, is seeking an Events Executive on a 6-month contract to provide temporary cover, supporting regional events, employee engagement, and communications initiatives across Asia Pacific and the Middle East. Main Responsibilities: • Organise and coordinate internal and external events across the Asia Pacific and Middle East region. • Support the delivery of public relations events, media briefings, conferences, and industry seminars. • Plan and execute internal events including town halls, leadership forums, staff engagement activities, and corporate functions. • Coordinate CSR and DE&I initiatives to enhance employee engagement and corporate culture. • Work closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure seamless event execution.
