Job Purpose Lead the development of MSF Hong Kong's digital fundraising capability, marketing technology ecosystem and supporter insights framework to enable sustainable supporter growth, improve supporter experience and strengthen fundraising effectiveness through data-driven decision making and automation. The role is a Cross-portfolio functional leader to build the digital, data and technology capability that enables supporter growth. Key Responsibilities Digital Strategy & Growth • Lead the development and implementation of MSF Hong Kong's digital engagement, supporter insight and marketing technology strategy, ensuring alignment with fundraising objectives and long-term organisational growth ambitions. • Define and drive the digital and MarTech roadmap, identifying investment priorities, capability requirements and innovation opportunities to improve supporter acquisition, engagement, retention and lifetime value. • Act as the organisational subject matter lead on digital fundraising, audience engagement and emerging technologies, influencing strategic direction and supporting evidence-based decision making across fundraising functions.
