About the Client: Our client is a prominent, global financial services organization with a massive footprint in the region. They are heavily investing in modernizing their digital infrastructure and embedding advanced AI capabilities into their core operations and customer-facing platforms. The Role & Landscape: You will take ownership of the organization's AI architecture and delivery, guiding initiatives from proof-of-concept through to enterprise-wide deployment. You will act as a primary counterpart to the Digital Delivery team, ensuring AI solutions integrate smoothly with broader digital products. • Lead the end-to-end delivery of large-scale AI solutions, focusing on customer journey modernization and operational efficiency. • Drive rapid prototyping and PoC initiatives, translating them into commercial applications with measurable ROI. • Define the technical roadmap for AI, ensuring alignment with broader commercial goals and existing digital initiatives. • Establish rigorous engineering standards for AI development, deployment (MLOps/LLMOps), and governance. • Partner closely with regional business units, product owners, and data teams to integrate AI capabilities seamlessly.
