As an SuccessFactors Payroll Module Lead, you will take end-to-end ownership of design and delivery across Payroll solutions within our HR transformation programs. You will lead payroll functional design, configuration, and integration, ensuring accurate, compliant, and efficient payroll operations for our clients. Key Responsibilities • Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Payroll solutions. • Conduct business requirement workshops, perform fit-gap analysis, and translate payroll processes into system designs.
