Your new role • Identify and deliver AI-enabled solutions across Private Wealth Management and client servicing functions. • Partner with Front Office, Operations, Technology, Data, Risk, and Compliance teams to gather requirements and define product roadmaps. • Translate business needs into user stories, product requirements, and delivery plans. • Drive product backlog management, UAT, implementation, and adoption activities. • Evaluate opportunities to improve advisor workflows, client experience, operational efficiency, and control processes through AI and automation. • Drive prioritization across business, control, and technology needs, ensuring alignment with banking governance frameworks, risk standards, and delivery capacity.
