Job Description

We are looking for an autonomous and commercially minded Hong Kong-qualified solicitor to join Worms Safety as an In-house Lawyer, supporting the group’s international operations on commercial, contractual and cross-border legal matters. Based in Hong Kong, you will work closely with management and operational teams, taking ownership of commercial contract drafting and negotiation, providing practical legal advice, and managing legal risks across the business. You will also act as the company’s in-house solicitor in Hong Kong, including representing the employing entity in legal matters and proceedings where permitted by applicable professional requirements and your rights of audience.
