Actuarial Director

We are seeking an experienced Actuarial Director to lead and deliver business plan results, drive forecasting, and work closely with various teams. As an Actuarial Director, you will be responsible for:

• Leading and delivering Business Plan results, including results consolidation and presentation
• Summarising key information and messages from Business Plan to facilitate efficient strategy discussion
• Driving the monthly forecast on NBV, core earnings, and expense gap
• Preparing presentation materials for senior stakeholders
• Working closely with the Product Pricing Team, Distribution, Strategy, Controllers, and regional teams in the business plan and forecast process
• Overseeing working and control validation to ensure the integrity of the business plan and forecast workflow
• Managing enquiries related to business plan and forecast from various stakeholders

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Qualified fellow of a professional actuarial organisation
• Minimum 10 years' of relevant working experience in the insurance industry
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to details
• Solid actuarial knowledge and experience
• Ability to deliver results under pressure and within tight timelines
• Effective command of English, both spoken and written
