The Talent Partner is part of the HR team responsible for supporting the execution of learning and leadership development and employee experience programs across APAC. Key Responsibilities: Learning and Leadership Development Coordinate and execute the cyclical Talent activities and support Organizational Effectiveness initiatives, including talent review, performance management, high potential development program. Partner with HR Business Partners and business leaders to execute People Plans and talent priorities within assigned client groups.
