Job Description

Role purpose Set and steward the international rewards and performance agenda across Singapore, MEA, Europe and the US, and lead the reward and benefits for M&A activity end to end. Key responsibilities Design and govern reward frameworks: salary structures, incentives, benefits and recognition across all in-scope marketsOwn the annual performance and pay review cycle – calibration, budgets, guidelines and communicationLead market benchmarking and job architecture; maintain pay competitiveness and internal equityEnsure compliance with local pay, tax and statutory requirements in each marketLead international mobility for global deployment of talent.
