Job Description

This position reports to the Assistant Vice President, Group Talent Management. Key Responsibilities: Responsible to design/drive the implementation and execution of Talent Management and Leadership Development initiatives in ST Engineering in partnership with functional stakeholders across the business, HR and fellow Talent PartnersManage end-to-end scholars’ assimilation and rotations within the Group to develop and retain the future talent pipelineResponsible to design and roll out Hi-Potential development initiatives that are strategic for the businessRegularly engage and check-in with the top talent pool in your Business AreaPartner with HRBP Leads to prepare and drive robust Succession Planning and Talent Reviews for Singapore and International BUs with guidance from COEPerform analyses and identify metrics/KPIs to track Talent Development, succession planning, learning utilization and other Talent & Learning Development outcomes.
