Responsibilities: Develop and implement talent development strategies aligned with business priorities, covering leadership development, career pathways and early-career programmes. Lead annual learning needs analysis to identify skills gaps and recommend development solutions. Drive talent management and succession planning, including critical roles, HiPo identification and successor readiness. Facilitate talent reviews, leadership assessments and individual development plans. Monitor succession progress, talent pipeline strength and report insights to senior management.
