Prudential's Group Strategy function plays a critical role in shaping the company's long-term direction and success. As a Director within the Strategy Team, your role will be important in supporting the development of the company's strategy, combining strategic thinking, analytical rigour and strong stakeholder management. Strategy Development Support the development of the Group Strategy, working closely with the Group Strategy Director and C-Suite stakeholders. Support and, where appropriate, lead specific high-priority workstreams and strategic initiatives within the Group Strategy refresh, coordinating inputs from multiple stakeholders to distil strategic options and recommendations.
